February is CTE Month! Career and technical education, or CTE, is education that directly prepares students for high-wage, high-demand careers across a wide range of industries and occupations. CTE Month is a public awareness campaign to celebrate the value of CTE and the achievements and accomplishments of CTE programs across the country. CTE associate degrees can pay $10,000 more per year than associate degrees in other fields – and can even pay more than bachelor’s degrees – while limiting student debt.
