City of Sumter issued the following announcement on January.
Improvements to Crosswell Park started this week.
The plan, which is scheduled for completion later this year, will add three (3) full size basketball courts, with additional work on sidewalks, storm drainage, parking, fencing and landscaping to the existing city park.
