Orangeburg County Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on January 17.
It's been two weeks and we are still thinking about all the great times we had at this year's Grand American Coon Hunt Awards Dinner!
Speaking during the dinner, Chamber President James McQuilla spoked about how proud Orangeburg is to host the event and the work the event does to elevate the sport.
Representing a key family tradition and a chance to showcase prized hunting dogs, this year's successful event was a collaboration between United Kennel Club, local coon hunting clubs, Orangeburg, National Sponsor Purina, and the American Cooner.
Thank you again to everyone involved for making this year's event such a success and we look forward to seeing you next year!
