Orangeburg County Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on December 29.
Weeks later we are still thinking about Rickenbacker Xcel’s Balloon Release honoring individuals, loved ones, and caregivers with Alzheimer’s.
This year’s event signified 25 years of raising money for Alzheimer’s research in honor of the late Saul Rickenbacker Sr. Representative Jerry Govan presented a resolution from the State House honoring their work. Representatives from MUSC and the SC Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association were in attendance.
