Join the City of Orangeburg Parks and Recreation Department for a FREE Christmas Movie in the Park on Friday, December 3 at 6:00pm at Hillcrest Recreation Complex! ELF will be on the inflatable jumbotron! Bring your chairs and blankets, and your family can enjoy hot chocolate, popcorn, and movie snacks from our concession stand! See you there!
