City of Orangeburg issued the following announcement on October 12.
The Orangeburg Department of Public Safety is scheduled for a site-based assessment as part of a program to achieve accreditation by verifying it meets professional standards.

As part of the assessment, agency employees and members of the community are invited to offer comments at a public information session October 13th at 5:00-7:00 pm. The session will be conducted virtually through a zoom session. If you wish to participate in the zoom session, please contact Keri Rogers to be provided a link at Keri.Rogers@OrangeburgDPS.org.
