City of Orangeburg issued the following announcement on October 2.
It's officially HALLOWEEN month! We are excited to celebrate this spooky yet sweet holiday with the citizens of Orangeburg! Please join us for our Drive-Thru Trunk or Treat on Monday, October 25 from 5:30-7:00pm. You will stay in your vehicle for the entire journey throughout Orangeburg Recreation Park while children receive candy and treats from local businesses and organizations.
If your business or group would like to participate by handing out treats to the community, please contact Meredith Garris at meredith.garris@orangeburg.sc.us or 803.533.6020 for full vendor information!
