On Saturday, March 8, former Orangeburg Preparatory School standout Payton Schurlknight’s current college team, the Lander Bearcats, lost 10-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the North Georgia Nighthawks.

The game took place at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Nighthawks this season.

The Bearcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 4:20 p.m. at Haines & Carolyn Hill Stadium against North Georgia Nighthawks.
