On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Calhoun Academy standout Blakley Kingsmore’s current college team, the Charleston Southern Buccaneers, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Saint Joseph’s Hawks.

The game took place at Kamphuis Field at Liberty Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Hawks this season.

The Buccaneers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 1 p.m. at CSU Softball Complex against Manhattan Lady Jaspers.
