CCTC’s Achieving the Dream (ATD) Dream Team attended the 19th annual DREAM conference last week in Chicago, where they had the opportunity to gather with thousands of colleagues nationwide to focus on learning about equitable student success.
The team attended workshops on student success, data, equity, economic and social mobility, guided pathways and more. The Dream Team also gathered as part of the 2022 Cohort to discuss areas of focus and next steps for the college’s ATD action plan. As part of this year’s conference, the 2023 DREAM Scholars read their ‘I Am’ poems and shared their powerful stories as community college students.
